Boosty.to - it's Patreon-based platform, that i use for receiving payment since i can't have any other international wallets or banks.You might get technical issue with endless loading - in that case, you should ask someone else (family, friends) to donate instead of you, so you could give them money back directly on Paypal without third platform.
